The Petticoat - 21st Century Style
I bought this to wear under winter tunics and dresses for added warmth. Today's version of yesterday's petticoat but more versatile in that it can be worn as an outer garment and doesn't look like underwear. I bought an XL in black and have now ordered it in white. I could have gone down a size but prefer it not to cling, the fabric is Polyester Elastane. And it is fitted. Best item yet.
